Don Bardsley
K&J Trucking, Inc.

Don Bardsley, K&J Trucking, Inc., Sioux Falls, SD, was selected as the August 2026 Driver of the Month by the South Dakota Safety Management Council.
Don has been driving professionally for more than 26 years and has spent the past four years with K&J Trucking. During his career, he has logged an impressive 3,072,422 miles with no chargeable accidents, demonstrating his commitment to safety and professionalism behind the wheel.

Don is always professional and dependable, consistently delivering loads on time and helping dispatch whenever he is asked or whenever there is a need. His willingness to step up and help wherever he can makes him a valuable member of the K&J Trucking team.

Don was previously recognized as Driver of the Month in 2014. He has also competed in the South Dakota Truck Driving Championships five times, finishing in second place twice.

Don lives in Sioux Falls, SD. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his niece, hunting, four-wheeling, and hiking in the Hills. He also enjoys helping out at the American Legion and giving back to his community.

The South Dakota Trucking Association joins the Safety Management Council in congratulating Don Bardsley on being selected as the August 2026 Driver of the Month.
